I work exclusively with employees. My focus is on helping you find your voice and protect your peace and paycheck.

4. How do I book a session?

Yes. I treat everything you share as private and confidential, unless I’m legally required to disclose information. Your trust is central to this process.

7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

8. Can I record my session?
Sessions may not be recorded unless we both agree in writing. This protects your privacy and ensures you feel comfortable speaking openly.
