I built MK Unmuted with one simple mission: to give employees back their work voice. After 26 years in HR leadership—most of those years spent in executive roles in the hospitality industry—I saw firsthand how often employees feel silenced, ignored, or even punished when they speak up. While HR is supposed to be a resource, too often it serves the company first. I wanted to change that.

MK Unmuted was born to help you—the employee—navigate workplace challenges with clarity, confidence, and strategy.
